Essential Piano

Francesco Luzi starts his musical studies (at the age of ten ) under the guide of Maestro Cesare Atticciati, an excellent musician and harpsichord player, educated at the Mozarteum in Salzburg (Austria).
Subsequently L. enters the Siena Conservatory, where he first studies with Maestro Palazzolo and later with Maestro Paola Franconi with whom he graduates.
Meanwhile he experiences with many other teachers and in the year 2000 he joins a summer course in Boston at the Boston Conservatory where he studies with the multi-disciplinary artist Janice Weber. In the fall of the same year Luzi attends a Master class with the internationally known piano player Maestro Paul Badura-Skoda.
In 2001 he participates to a course on piano techniques held by Maestro Maurizio Innocenti. At the same time he starts his University education and graduates in Mathematics with a thesis by the title The concept of symmetry applied to musical composition.
