Q. How can I get a free listing
A. Go to http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory click on Add/Submit Listing to Register.

It is a mandatory requirement to fill in all the fields marked with red. Choose a username and password to use for login purposes. You are advised to keep these safe for future reference. Enter a valid email address into the box provided as this will be required to confirm your registration and is used by the password reminder feature if you lose your password.

Your password has to be at least 4 characters long, please don't use spaces and inverted commas.

Once you have registered you will receive an email with a link that must be clicked to activate your account.

After registration you can access your account using Member login option from Menu

Q. Do I have to register to submit a free listing?

A. Registration is required to submit a free listing. Registration is FREE of charge.

Q. How do I Add a Directory Listing

A.To be listed free of charge in the Music Business Directory, visit http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory or click the link to the directory in the left hand menu from the site main index page. At the directory main page, click on 'Submit Listing', located on the right hand side 'Menu' box and enter your details into the form provided to register.

Once registration is complete, login to the directory, scroll down the OPTIONS Menu located on the left hand side of your screen then click on Add Listing and complete the form provided.

Your listing will be checked by our staff prior to addition and you will receive a status conformation or rejection email within 48 - 72 hours. If accepted, your listing will automatically be displayed on the directory and you may then login to edit our upgrade your account at any time by visiting the directory main page and clicking 'User Login'.

In most cases, if you follow our Directory Submission Guidelines, your listing will be accepted.

Q. What are the Directory Listing Submission Guidelines

A. Login to your account at http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory, click Add Listing, fill out the form provided. Here are the guidelines for your convenience:

Membership: Select Membership: Choose the membership level from the drop down box provided.

Select Catagory: Use the drop down box or Search Catagories field provided to select the catagory you would like your listing to appear in. You may select more catagories once the listing has been created (up to 10 catagories).

Listing Details: Listing Title: This is a 'REQUIRED' field. Enter your Name, company name or title into the box provided. Please DO NOT:

1. use keywords or generic terms in your listing title like: Photographer, Free MP3s etc.

2. use ' or " or £ or any other special character in your listing title / company name or any other text field. Apologies to anyone whose name contains these characters (i.e., O'Brian), but these cause issues with the system that may result in your listing failing to display or upgrade correctly.

3. use ALL CAPITALS - standard letter formatting please.

4. use alpha numerical or other unassociated symbols in an attempt to be displayed at the top of the other listings. We do not condone or allow this practice and automatically reject all attempts to bypass our standard listing practices.

5. enter qualifications after your name ... yes we realise you've earned the right to use them but these will prevent visitors who are searching for you by name from finding your listing. Please enter all qualification info into the short description or description field.

Short Description: This field allows you to enter a short description of up to 50 characters in length, i.e., your qualifications or other info (e.g., Photographer).

Description: This is a 'REQUIRED' field. Enter a description of your teaching services, vocal products, or brief biog about your teaching background. Browse some of our existing listings for an overview of the type of information you can provide. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do NOT enter your telephone number, email address or website url in the description!

Address Line 1: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter your company/studio house name/number or address here. i.e., 3 Star House

Address Line 2: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. If you have a long address, enter the second part of it here. i.e., SuperStar Road

Location: This is a 'REQUIRED' field. Use the drop down box to select the 'COUNTRY' and 'COUNTY' in which your service is available. (Enter a letter or keyword into 'Search Locations' box for help in finding locations.

City: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. The town/city should be entered to help visitors using our search form to find your listing when searching for business in their area. i.e., Shoreditch.

Zip: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter your Postcode or Zip Code. This is also used to display a link to an online map service to enable visitors to find directions or view the map location.

Email: This is a 'REQUIRED' field. Enter an email address to enable visitors to contact you using our 'send message' form. Your email address is not publicly displayed or disclosed to enquirers unless you respond to their enquiry.

Website: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter the full URL to your website i.e., http://www.yoursitename.com

Phone: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter your contact telephone number into the field provided.

Fax: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter your fax number into the field provided.

Contact Person: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter the name of the contact person here.

Mobile: This is an 'OPTIONAL' field. Enter your mobile telephone number in the field provided.

Security Code: This is a 'REQUIRED' field. Enter the auto generated alpha numerical digits into the box provided.

Terms and Conditions: This is a 'REQUIRED' field. Tick the box to agree to our listing terms and conditions. To read terms and conditions, click 'I agree to the terms and conditions' which will open in a new window.

Once you have completed the form then click 'Submit Listing'. Your listing will be reviewed and if considered suitable accepted into the directory. If your listing does not meet our guidelines it will be rejected. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided on registration stating whether your listing has been accepted or rejected.

Q. Once registered, how do I add my listing?

A. Login to http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory, click Add Listing then complete the form provided then click the submit button.
Your listing will be reviewed and if considered suitable accepted into the directory. If your listing does not meet our guidelines it will be rejected. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided on registration stating whether your listing has been accepted or rejected.

Q. Why has my listing been rejected?

A. Listings are usually rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
1.  The site/company is already listed on the directory
2.  The listing does not include a description of the site content or company services.
3.  The site/company is not music or voice related or offer services relevant to the content of our site
4.  The site/company contains inappropriate or offensive content including but not limited to hacks, warez, porn, adult content
5.  The site/company has been blacklisted due to complaints from our users/visitors
6.  The site/company has been placed in the wrong catagory
7.  The listing was submitted in ALL CAPITALS
8.  The website url (if available) is broken or unreachable when we attempted to review it
9.  The website lacks content or is under construction
10. The site consists of affiliate links with little or no original content.
11. The link submitted is a mirror or duplicate doorway page or redirects visitors to another site.
12. The site contains more pop ups or pop under advertising than is deemed warranted (i.e., more than one of either pop up or pop under per page is unacceptable)
13. The site contains poorly coded or dangerous scripts that cause browser failure or attempt to download or install unwanted tracking software, viruses or other malicious scripts to the users computer
14. The site is poorly designed or constructed
15. The site is a copy or clone of another established site
16. The site/company contains racist, sexist, political content or promotes principles which we do not condone
17. The site/company title contains alpha numerical or other unassociated symbols in an attempt to be displayed at the top of the other listings. We do not condone or allow this practice and automatically reject all attempts to bypass our standard listing practices.

Q. I submitted a listing, but cannot see it on the directory

A. All new and edited listings are placed into Pending status until our staff have reviewed the content to establish that it follows our guidelines.

Q. How do I delete my directory listing?

A. Login to Vocalists Music Business Directory. In the user control panel home page you will see a box with your listing title and status. Under the 'Manage' section next to the listing 'Title' click 'Delete'. Please note this action is NOT reversable!!

Q. How do I edit my directory listing?

A. Login then click the View/Edit link located next to your listing title in the Manage column.

In the next screen click Edit Listing link located at the top of the listing next to Listing Details.

In the Edit screen you may use the form provided to change your listing details.

When you have finished making changes, scroll down to the end of the form and click the Submit button to save.

Q. How do I view or edit my listing?

A. Login to the Music Business Directory. In the user control panel home page you will see a box with your listing title and status. Under the 'Manage' section next to the listing 'Title' click 'View/Edit'. In the next screen you will see your listing details under which are the visitor and banner statistics.

To edit your listing, click one of the editing options displayed above your listing. Please note that some options may only appear when your listing has been upgraded to one of our premium memberships.

View Public Listing: Click this link to view your listing on the directory. (Opens in a new window).

Edit Listing: In this section you can edit your listing using the text field and boxes provided. These will register line breaks and paragraph formatting (press your return button once for a new line and twice for a new paragraph. and upload a logo from your hard-drive. (if available). When you have finished editing your details, scroll to the end of the form and click the 'Submit' button. Please ensure you follow the Listing Guidelines. To return to the View/Edit Listing page, click 'View/Edit Listing' link located above the editing form.

Edit Categories: In this section you may add or delete categories where your listing will be displayed.
1. To Add your listing to a Category, use the drop down box provided to select the category, then click 'Add Category' button. You may select up to 10 catagories.
2. To Remove your listing from a Category, click the Delete button next to the Category name.

To return to the View/Edit Listing page, click 'View/Edit Listing' link located above the editing form.

Edit Banners: In this section you may upload a small side banner or large top banner from your computer hard drive which will be displayed throughout the Directory. (Premium Members Only). Please note the height/width and file sizes as images failing to meet the requirements will fail to upload or display. To upload a new banner, any existing banners must be deleted by clicking the delete button under the banner you wish to remove. Once the banner has been removed, the banner upload form will re-appear. Only ONE side banner and ONE top banner can be uploaded and displayed per listing.

Edit Products: In this section you may Add/Edit or Remove products from your listing. (Premium Members Only). The amount of products you may include depends on your membership level.

To create a product listing: Select Type from the drop down box provided (REQUIRED). Enter the Product/Service Title (REQUIRED). Enter a description of the product/service (OPTIONAL). Enter Product Quantity (OPTIONAL). Enter packaging/shipping costs (OPTIONAL). Select Expiration from the dropdown box (OPTIONAL). Enter link to your product purchase page or payment URL (OPTIONAL). Enter product Price (OPTIONAL). Enter product image (OPTIONAL). When you have finished adding product details, click 'Submit' and if successful your product will appear in the product editing section.

To Edit a product: click the 'Edit' button located next to the product info.

To Delete a product: click the Delete button located next to the product info.

Edit Images: In this section you may Add or Remove jpg or gif images to/from your image gallery. (Premium Members Only). The amount of images you may include depends on your membership level. To add a new image to your gallery, enter an Image Title (REQUIRED). Enter a description (OPTIONAL). Browse to and select the image from your computer hard drive. Click the 'Add' button. To Delete an existing image, click the 'Delete' button next to the images info.

Edit Documents: In this section you may Add/Edit or Remove documents in .txt, .doc, rtf or pdf format to/from your document gallery. (Premium Members Only). Documents can include promotional material (i.e., Posters, flyers), Press Releases or any other form of informational material for visitors to download and read at their leisure. The amount of documents you may include depends on your membership level.

To Add a new document: enter a Document Title (REQUIRED). Enter a description (OPTIONAL). Browse to and select the document from your computer hard drive. Click the 'Add' button.

To Delete a document: click the 'Delete' button next to the documents info.

Q. How do I edit my directory user account details?

A. Login to Vocalists Music Business Directory. Click on 'Account Details' located in the left hand side 'Options' column. In this section you can edit/update your password, email address and other details which are NOT displayed on the directory.

Q. How do I find my Listing ID number

A. Your Music Business Directory unique listing ID number is displayed in your directory user control panel in the View/Edit section.

Q. How can I include banners or images on my listing?

A. Some features like uploading a banner, logo or image are not included on FREE listings. Upgrade your membership to take advantage of the advanced premium features.

Q. What extra features do I get for upgrading?

A. You may view the options of all offered memberships. Each membership has different features. See Membership Comparison Chart

Q. How can I pay for upgraded memberships

Q. How do I upgrade my membership?

A. You can upgrade your free membership by login into your member area and choose one of options available

Q. Pay gateway returned error

A. If there were any errors paying online, please feel free to contact us including your name, listing title, email address and all other relevent details.

Q. I encountered a submission error what do I do?

A. Please contact us to resolve any errors, thank you

Q. How soon after payment can I access new features?

A. In most cases your listing will be upgraded immediately, however, if you have made changes to the title, description or other fields your listing will be removed from public display and placed as Pending Review until our staff can check the new information for suitability.

Q. How do I change my account email address and/or password?

A. Login then click Account Details to edit your User Details

Q. How do Bookmark a listing or add it to my Favourites?

A. You may Bookmark an individual company listing by browsing to the individual listing and click 'Bookmark Listing' located in the right hand column next to their description.

Q. How do I export listings?

A. You may export individual listings ONLY by browsing to the individual listing and click 'Export Listing to PDF' located in the right hand column next to their description.

Q. How do I add a review of a Company listed on the Music Business Directory

A. To add a review or opinion about a business, product or service, browse to the company individual listing then click Add Review. Complete the form provided. (Red stars mark REQUIRED fields). Then click the submit button.

Review Guidelines:
Tell us what you like or dislike about the business / company / product or service but please be POLITE and CONSTRUCTIVE and include reasons to support your opinion.

Please note: All submitted reviews are manually checked by the administrator and will not appear in the directory unless it is approved.

To read reviews browse to the companies listing then click on Review link located in the right hand column next to the company description. The number of reviews a listing contains is displayed in brackets () so (0) means that no reviews for that company/product/service have been submitted or accepted yet.

Q. How do I change my account email address and/or password?

A. Login to your account at Music Business Directory. In the user control panel click Account Details to edit your User Details.

Q. How do I contact a business listed on the Music Business Directory?

A. Use the contact details i.e., Phone, Mobile, Fax or Address (if supplied) on the companies individual listing or click the 'Send Message' link located on the top right hand side column of their listing.

Q. How do I find companies, artists or bands in my area?

A. Browse the Categories, the A to Z listings or use the search box provided. Enter the town or county into the keyword box then click 'Search'.

Q. How do I include banners or images to a listing?

A. Some features like adding a banner, logo, documents, products or image to be displayed on your listing or throughout the site are not available for FREE listings. Upgrade to one of our Premium Subscription Membership to take advantage of the advanced features. Read How do I upgrade my membership?

Q. How do I login to my user account at Vocalists Music Business Directory?

A. Visit http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory and enter the username and password you chose on registration into the Login Box provided or click 'Login Now' located in the top left hand navigation Menu to use the login form.

Q. How do I pay for upgraded memberships

A. Payments are currently made via our payment processor Paypal. This allows you to pay via credit card or bank account without disclosing your bank or credit card details.

Q. How do I print Company details?

A. To print the details of a listing, browse to the company individual listing then click 'Print' located in the right hand column next to their description. Ensure that your printer is connected and switched on.

Q. How do I return to the main status page of my account?

A. Click the 'Home' link located in the 'Options' section to return to your account main status page.

Q. How do I search the Music Business Directory?

A. You can search for any record in the listings database using fragments of contact information or complete words in your query.
If field is empty, it is not used in search query. Leave all fields empty to get all listings from the database.

If nothing was found, please, try to search for plural forms of the requested item. System searches for the specified words in COMPANY NAME, ITEM NAME, IMAGE NAME and DESCRIPTION fields. You may also define the location of the business although this may return 0 results.

Q. How do I send information I found on the Directory to a Friend?

A. To send information about a business, product or service to a friend, browse to the company individual listing then click 'Mail To A Friend' located in the right hand column next to their description. Complete the form provided. (Red stars mark REQUIRED fields). Then click the submit button.

Q. How do I upgrade my listing?

A. You can upgrade your free directory listing to one of our Premium Subscription memberships by login into the user control panel at http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory

Click on View/Edit listing then select one of the Upgrade options available from the drop down upgrade box located above your Listing ID or Logo (if available). Click the upgrade button after which you will be directed to the payment gateway to set up your subscription and pay.

Once payment has been successfully received you may login to your directory user control panel to access the premium features for that membership level.

Please Note: Listings of members paying by e-cheque will not be upgraded until the e-cheque has registered as 'cleared' by the payment processor. This CANNOT be manually updated as the system does this automatically once the payment processor has cleared the e-cheque.

If your listing fails to upgrade automatically after payment is complete or the e-cheque has cleared, please check first that payment has been successful with the payment processor and contact us with all details so we may fix the error.

You may cancel your subscription membership at any time via your Paypal account or by request to Music Business Directory Support via the contact form

Q. How do I view a list of products and/or services

A.To get the list of products and services a company offers, or purchase from them directly, browse to their listing then click the 'Products' link to preview their list. To purchase products/services click the 'Purchase' link which will take you to the companies main site, purchase page or payment gateway. (if available).

Please Note: Some products and prices may also be listed in the company description i.e., CD: 4.00 GBP

Q. How do I view a companys document gallery?

A. To view a companys document gallery (if available) browse to their individual listing then click on 'Documents' located in the right hand column. Click the document or document name to view and download the document. (Opens in a new window).

Q. How do I view a businesses image gallery?

A. To view a businesses image gallery (if available) browse to their individual listing then click on 'Images' located in the right hand column. Click the image or image name to view the full size picture (Opens in a new window).

Q. How do I view an individual listing?

A. Click the company name for detailed description, offers and contact information. To return to the current category, click its name in the status bar.

Q. How do report spam/abuse from a company listed on the Music Business Directory?

A. You may report spam abuse received from a company listed on our directory by browsing to the individual listing and click 'Report Abuse' and filling out the form provided. Please include ALL details including a copy of the email header, subject line and text included in the spam/abuse email sent to you.

Companies may also report suspected abusers / spam or phishing emails sent to them via the Music Business Directory 'Send Message' form by forwarding the email to our support address and including all details including a copy of the email header, subject line and text included in the email sent you.

Failure to include these details means that we can neither trace/check the validity of your request or take any action against the company and we will not respond to your request.

Q. How do view the geographic location of a business?

A. To find out the geographic location of the business, please, click 'View map' link (if available). This opens in a new window to display the location via a 3rd party site (Google maps/Yahoo maps/Mapquest) where you may also request driving directions (if available).

This feature is still a bit buggy so if the location fails to display correctly, check the information in the search bar of the 3rd party site. These details may have to be adjusted by removing duplicates i.e., London, London or narrowing down the search term.

Q. How much does it cost to be listed at Vocalists Music Business Directory?

A. Registration and submitting ONE listing to Vocalists Music Business Directory costs nothing, nada, zilch .. yep .. it's FREE!!

Q. How soon after payment can I access the Premium features?

A. In most cases your listing will be upgraded immediately and you will be able to access the Premium features via the user control panel.

If you are unable to see the links to add/edit our premium features within your user control panel, please contact us with details of the payment date and any other information so we can endeavor to fix the problem.

Please note that changes to the originally accepted listing title, description or other fields will cause your listing to be hidden from public display and placed as Pending Review until our staff can check that the listing follows our Directory Listing Submission Guidelines.

Q. How do I register to the Music Business Directory?

A. Go to http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory click on Submit Listing to Register.

Q. I encountered a submission error what do I do?

A. Please use the contact form to report errors that occur when attempting to submit, view or edit a listing including all details so that we can resolve the issue.

Q. I have already registered but cannot remember my username or password

A. If you know your username then you may reset your password using the 'Password Reminder' feature to have your details sent to your email address.

If you have lost or forgotten your username, use the contact form to request this to be resent. Please send this from the address used on directory registration including the full listing title, and listing ID number.

If you have changed your email address since submitting your listing, use the contact form to request a manual edit. Include the full listing title, ID number, email address currently listed for your account and the email address you would like it to be changed to.

Q. I have registered but did not receive my registration confirmation email!

A. If you failed to receive our registration email confirmation there are two possible reasons:

1. You entered an incorrect email address into the registration form.

2. Your email client has rejected our email. Please ensure that vocalist.org.uk domain and electricbluesclub.co.uk have been added to your whitelist.

Q. I submitted a listing, but cannot see it on the directory

A. All new and edited listings are placed into Pending status until our staff have reviewed the content to establish that it follows our Directory Submission Guidelines. Once your listing has been reviewed, you will receive a status email accepting or rejecting the submission. Once accepted your listing will be automatically displayed on the directory.

Q. Login Problems

A. Please ensure that you are attempting to login to the right place. To login to the directory to edit your details, you MUST login to the Music Business Directory itself. Go to http://www.vocalist.org.uk/directory and click on 'Login User' then enter the user name and password you chose when submitting your listing into the form provided. User names and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE so you must enter them EXACTLY the same with no spaces before or afterwards or the system will not accept the login.

If you have lost or forgotton your directory user password, there is a link just under the form box which allows you to retrieve it via email.

Q. Pay gateway returned error

A. If you encounter errors during the payment process whilst attempting to upgrade your listing online, contact us including your name, listing title, email address and all other relevent details.

Please note that we can only fix errors caused by our Music Business Directory system. If the error you receive was caused by entering incorrect information to the payment processor or due to issues associated with their secure site, we may not be able to resolve this. We have no control or access to user accounts at Paypal or any other 3rd party payment processor.

Q. The registration form has fields for a username and password but I don't have them

A. You may choose whatever you wish to use as the username and password for your login details. Please DO NOT use spaces, special characters or inverted commas in your username or password.

Note that the username and password fields are CASE SENSITIVE! so :

yourlogin ... is not the same as ... YOURLOGIN ... or .... YourLogin

any of the above formats are acceptable, however, the username and password you choose must be entered EXACTLY the same when logging in to the system or they will NOT work and login will fail!!

Q. What extra features do I get for upgrading?

A. You may view the options of all offered memberships. Each membership has different features and payment options. See Membership Comparison Chart

Q. What is the security code?

A. The security code is an automatically generated set of alpha-numerical digits which are displayed on various sections of the directory to prevent automated submissions from spam robots.

You must enter these digits you see, into the box provided, to confirm that you are are a real 'live' person!

Failure to enter the correct code when it is displayed will result in an error message and auto generation of a new code. If you are unable to view the security code, please check that you are using a compatible browser or use the directory contact form to send us a query including details of the issue.

Q. What type of companies/services/products do you allow to be submitted to the Directory

A. The services and businesses we allow depend on the catagory, if there is no catagory to fit your business then we will not accept your submission. We do NOT accept listings with affiliate links to 3rd party products, or products/services created by anyone other than the directory member. Nor do we accept companies or individuals offering any other type of services.

Q. Where can I view my Invoices?

A. If you are an upgraded member your Invoices (if available) will be displayed in the main status page of your user control panel.

Q. Why has my listing submission been rejected?

1. The site/company is already listed on the directory, please contact us if you feel this to be incorrect

2. The listing does not include a description of your services.

3. The site/company is not training or voice related or offer services relevant to the directory

8. The site/company title contains alpha numerical or other unassociated symbols in an attempt to be displayed at the top of the other listings. We do not condone or allow this practice and automatically reject all attempts to bypass our standard listing practices.

9. The listing title contains terms like Photographer, Buy MP3s or other keywords which are not allowed. Please resubmit using JUST your name, band name, registered business name or company title.

Q. What are the Music Business Directory Terms of Service

A. Please follow all listing posting guidelines.

We maintain this web site as a service to our visitors. By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not review information or obtain goods or products from this site.

1. Responsibilities: By submitting a listing are declaring your availability as an educator and are solely responsible for the information you wish to display which must be accurate. Whilst staff endeavor to check all listings on submission, we are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by Teachers, nor can we provide recommendations or verification of company status. Visitors using the directory are solely responsible for contacting teachers listed in the directory and for checking with relevent local authorities and law enforcement for educators validity to provide services, criminal records, crc etc.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

3. Copyright. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

4. Trademarks. The Vocalist.org.uk logo and others are either trademarks of the listed company or registered trademarks of ST. Other images, logos, product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Limited Right to Use. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

12. Third-Party Merchant Policies. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

13. Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
