 he aim of this site is to provide singers, musicians and music lovers of all abilities and styles, with a centralised resource of the best singing and music related information, free singing lessons, music news, articles and links.
Vocalist was conceived when searches on the internet found some great sites but a lack of concentrated resources and information. The content on this site is donated free of charge from site webmaster & editor - Tracey Howard-Baker aka Roxi (pro singer & vocal coach) and a variety of singing and musician friends. We still have tons to add but anyone is welcome to contribute to the site and we'd love to hear your comments or suggestions.
We do not believe that you can learn to sing by using the internet alone! Due to the diversity of styles and teaching methods there are opinions that we (or you) may not necessarily agree with, however, we feel that collating and making available this information will encourage discussion between singers of all standards who wish to gain a greater understanding of the vocal arts and the music industry.
